Znam.bg

Znam.bg is a general knowledge web portal – a main element of the “Bulgarian national knowledge network”.

Znam.bg is a joint project of  "Trud" Publishing house and Sirma Media, a company of Sirma Group Holding.

Mission

The main mission of znam.bg is to be the main source of knowledge and information - educational resources, Bulgarian and world literature and poetry, historical documents, video, audio and other multimedia content for the needs of the educational process in the primary and secondary school.

In addition znam.bg will also be a main source of encyclopedical knowledge for the general public, as well as a entrance, leading to other specialized sources of knowledge.

Partners

Znam.bg is realized with the support of Ministry of education, youth and science. Specialists from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia University "St Kliment Ohridski" and established authors from all areas of knowledge work on this project.

The project is realized with the Oracle technical assistance. Search into znam.bg’s resourses has been integrated into one of the main Bulgarian portals – GBG.bg, as well as into the National educational portal.
